Invoice status
Section titled “Invoice status”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | A future invoice, for example the next part of a payment plan |
| Partially paid | Some of it is paid; the rest is still due |
| Paid | Fully paid |
| Overdue | Past its due date and not fully paid |
| Cancelled | No longer due |
Payment status
Section titled “Payment status”Each payment is listed under Payment history on the invoice.

|---|---|
| Being verified | We received your slip and are checking the money has arrived |
| Verified | Confirmed and counted towards the invoice |
| Rejected | We couldn’t confirm it. Contact us if you’re not sure why |
| Moved to credit | We took it off this invoice and kept it on your account as credit |
Receipts and slips
Section titled “Receipts and slips”Next to a payment, Receipt ↓ downloads the receipt we attached, and Your slip ↓ downloads the slip you uploaded.
Credit on your account
Section titled “Credit on your account”If you pay more than an invoice needs, or pay before we’ve assigned your payment to an invoice, the extra is kept as Credit on your account. You’ll see it at the top of Billing, and under Payments & credit you can see each payment and which invoices it went to. We use credit towards your next invoices.
Payment plans and subscriptions
Section titled “Payment plans and subscriptions”- Payment plans show a project paid in instalments: how much is paid, and each instalment’s due date and status.
- Subscriptions are services billed every month or year, such as hosting or email, with the date of the next bill.
